Boxing

Good morning erbady~ ^^ (it's actually 12 midnight right now. lol) anyway.. while waiting for my download to finish, I want to just share this one of my fave sports.. Since I got into the gym last June, I thought of trying out boxing to my workout routine. I didn't expect that it would turn out to be my favorite sport on earth! Haha. Some people might think that boxing is just for boys and it is impossible for a girl to nail it. Like, duh! We, girls can punch asses too!

So before I started this thing, I only do treadmill and endless carrying of dumbbells, etc. After two weeks, I entered the cardio room and found out that this was the most carefree part of the gym. Haha. The room is so spacious that I can just play around with my jumping rope and do any crazy stuffs.

And yes, boxing, plays the biggest role of my fitness plan. With this sport, my arms are now toned, fats are burned, tummy's tight, legs are toned too, and all. But... I think the most fantastic feeling that boxing gave me is JOY. ^^ according to studies, people who do boxing are more cheerful because they can release their stress and tensions through it. Yep! I am one of them. This is one way of de-stressing myself from the evil world. Haha. I suggest you should try this one too. ^^

PS. You can apply this for your self defense. *wink*^^ and... don't forget to stretch your hands and your whole body before doing this or any other workouts.
