Here are some tips, motivations, fitspirations and challenges to lose weight and get fit! ^^ I just wanna share these stuffs since I'm aiming for a 40kg mass and a skinny and healthy body. We can all do this! Fighting~^^
I also dl-ed some workout vids so I won't go to gyms anymore. My dad invited me to go with him because he already enrolled to a gym somewhere here in GenSan. Idk, i'm still thinking if i'll join too since I'm already fine here at home. lol. And ofcourse if you want an effective workout, the food that you eat will also matter.
