Here are some tips, motivations, fitspirations and challenges to lose weight and get fit! ^^ I just wanna share these stuffs since I'm aiming for a 40kg mass and a skinny and healthy body. We can all do this! Fighting~^^

30-day challenge ^^ i'm starting on it already..
hihi.. ^^

flat and slim tummy is what i always wanted.
i don't really aim for abs or something, i just want it to
be flat. hihi. seeing your fatty tummy folds
is a total heartbreak!
always think of the body that you want
to achieve. ain't it good to feel hot and sexy? lol


I also dl-ed some workout vids so I won't go to gyms anymore. My dad invited me to go with him because he already enrolled to a gym somewhere here in GenSan. Idk, i'm still thinking if i'll join too since I'm already fine here at home. lol.
And ofcourse if you want an effective workout, the food that you eat will also matter. You should maintain healthy and clean foods, ayt? ^^
